In 1974, Guido Fidora was one of the first Italian producers to covert to Organics, which all of his
neighbours though was a daft idea. He has since been proven right as Fidora have become one of the top
producers in the region. The estate is now run by Emilio, his grandson, and so convinced that his Nonno was right, Emilio has converted the entire estate to Biodynamics. Bright, juicy and full of crunchy red and black fruit, but with a bit of muscle and weight in the palate. Fresh, soft, lively, dry, slightly tannic and pleasantly
bitter on the finish, making your mouth water, this is the red wine for all Italian dishes and occasions.
