It is made with the best grapes from our Limestone Hill plot, whose soil is composed only of calcareous rocks of prehistoric origin (480 million years) and fine material (sand, silt and clay), which, added to the cold climate of the place, allow us to obtain a wine with a unique texture on the palate and complex layers of flavor that make it different from other great Malbecs from Argentina.
It has a great aromatic intensity, offering red fruits, wild herbs and subtle floral notes. On the palate, it is a vibrant wine, with fine and silky tannins, refreshing acidity and minerality. A refined Malbec, with several layers of flavors, it is complex and expressive with a long and persistent finish.
