Unique, delicious, moreish – words to describe our incredible Cask. Our bittersweet ferment is aged in freshy emptied whiskey barrels form a Cork based distillery for 6 months, providing the back bone for this cider. There are burnt oak, toffee and whiskey notes on the nose which complement the apple magnificently. It has an outstanding attractive amber hue and the taste is rich, luscious and full of body.
Cask can be drunk on its own or has enough character to accompany a good steak.
