ABV 8.3% DO YOU WANNA TOUCH ME!!??!! Wylam came round a few weeks back and they’d hear nothing of brewing anything other than an absolute monster of a Double IPA, which is pretty cool with us. This one uses Maris Otter, Oats, Carapils and some Belgian candi sugar to spring an absolute assault of Vic Secret and Citra in the whirlpool. She’s then double dry hopped with Citra, BRU-1, Vic Secret and Galaxy respectively. Fermented on London Ale III for a very foggy affair indeed. What you get is buckets and buckets of pineapples, mangoes, passionfruit and a touch of dank. All of which is complimented by a silky and creamy body with a light sweetness to finish. This one's a belter, and frankly we're just delighted we survived a weekend with Wylam.
